PHPfileNavigator 2.31 中文版 big5 & utf-8

新的 2.3.1 比起 2.2.0 在 utf-8 支援度增加了
但相對的 big5 的支援度卻降低了
即使使用 windows server 使用 big5 編碼用 IE 下載檔案
檔案名稱還是會產生亂碼，但若使用將檔案壓縮為 zip 的方式在下載則沒有亂碼問題
由 2.2.0 升級的步驟建議如下
1. 保留組態檔目錄 data/conf 跟先前建立用來存放檔案的目錄
2. 其他的檔案全砍掉
3. 上傳全新的 2.3.1 檔案，UNIX環境請更改 data/conf 與 data/servidor/ 權限為 777
4. 瀏覽網址進入安裝程序，在安裝步驟一選擇 "由較舊的版本升級"
5. 安裝完成後請移除或更名 instalar 目錄
6. UNIX 環境建議修改 data/servidor 下所有目錄權限為 777

學校網管已經幫我的帳戶內新增了一個MySql資料庫(名為: allergy)，而當我將PHPfilenavigator 2.31 (utf-8)FTP上傳到我帳戶內的www目錄下(/.pfn231)後，執行http://..../.pfn231/instalar 想要進行安裝時，系統卻一直給我以下的錯誤訊息:

小弟有上網搜尋了可能的解決知道，也曾是著將/data/config 與/data/seridir的屬性都改為777，但仍舊無法進行安裝。
不知哪位善心專家能夠稍微指點解惑一番，不勝感激!!
